SHIPPING

When you recieve your invoice you will be able to choose "Local Pick Up" or "Ship". Local pick up is free and our shipping is $7.95 for two day priority.  If your package is under 1-lb, it will be shipped First Class Mail. If your package is 1-lb or larger, it will be shipped Priority Mail. Expect the shipment in 7-10 days after you have paid your invoice.

Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate of $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.  All items are shipped through USPS.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will recieve an email once your order has been fulfilled. If you select local pick up, that means you can pick up your order from our pick up location. If you chose shipping, your tracking number will be located in your fulfilled order email.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all the items you buy from HJB, but should you need to make a return, we only offer store credit. Your item must be returned within 7 days of purchase with tags attached. If your item was shipped, the return shipment date must be within 7 days of purchase. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT receive store credit and items will be sent back with a $10 return fee. 

Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.

If the order is returned past the 7 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.
